One of the great guessing games at the Local Colors festival in downtown Roanoke is trying to guess the nationality of those involved. The young man in the background here seems to be having a difficult time with this one.
As a retired school counselor, I tried not to react to much in the way of clothing, make-up, piercings, or hair style/color, but every now and then, one just screamed "Look at me!". Of course they are the very ones who when they saw you I looking, literally screamed, " What are you looking at?"
