Here's an interesting look into the NYTimes' efforts to become as powerful a digital news force as it is in print ... and it doesn't seem to be working.
This self-analysis sees a lot of work that needs to be done and quite a bit of (expected) resistance from the entrenched editors, people who make the paper what it is, but not what it should be in coming years.
There's a lesson here for publications large and small: Get with the program or get lost. The future is here.
