I don't know what it is about some delivery truck drivers that tells them that they can park their trucks any damn place they want for as long as they choose. This soft drink truck blocked the street to the farmer's market in front of City Market Building yesterday until the driver had delivered all the Pepsi he could. Never mind the people trying to get through traffic.
