Hood ornament (like, an ant, right?). |
Had lunch with some writer and education buds over in Lynchburg today and as we sat in this elegant little tea room (Ploughcroft on Commerce Street), I spotted this car outside. It's a doozy, covered with metal images of ants and their habitat and all of it hand-made.
The car is owned by Randolph College philosophy professor David Schwartz, who was having lunch outside in a sidewalk table with what appeared to be one of his students. Not sure what the point of the car is, but being cool is enough, I suspect.
