This old boy was ready when a customer showed up at his stand at Happy's this morning. The sun was entirely too appealing for a shirt and the cigarette he was smoking was just too tasty to put out just because somebody might want to buy something. This, he insisted, is the new sales paradigm: comfort before accommodation. Whatever works.
