--Sen. Barbara Mikulski (D-Md.) on the failure of the Senate to get the 60 votes necessary to create pay equality for women. Women are paid 70 percent of what men make for the same job in the U.S. and Republicans (all of them, including their women, voted against this bill) think that's OK.
