Old Transportation Museum building for Sale/Rent

Looks like Roanoke is finally getting serious about finding somebody or something to occupy the old Transportation Museum main building in Wasena Park, the one that flooded in 1985 and, as far as I know, has not been occupied since.

This is a good building and would make a fine home for a canoe/kayak livery, a bike shop that rents bikes for the greenway, a skateboard shop (if the city will re-open the skateboard facility next door) and clothing for any of those stores. It would also make a nice restaurant with built-in greenway traffic.
