One of my favorite lunch spots in Roanoke is Norah's at the Taubman Museum, at least partly because of lovely, light lunches like this one today: French oinion soup with a house salad and citrus dressing. Full of flavor and I leave not wanting anything else.
Ate today with my bud Dan Casey, who had a scrumptious chicken sandwich with homemade potato chips (at the top of the photo). I was tempted. But I was being good. Weighed this morning at the gym. Rarely a good thing for me to do.
