Does Homer's Winky droop?

Got this little jewel in my morning spam:

"Encourage Your Winky"

Consider it encouraged. This, of course, is an erection drug ad and my guess is that it spans the globe looking for anybody over 35 because, with all the drugs in our food, winky problems are everywhere.
