First Christmas Goodie of the Season

This Christmas tree ornament, presented to me as an early Yule gift yesterday from a friend, is a Major Gift and I will treat it as such. This is the lamp from Jean Shepherd's "A Christmas Story," my favorite--by far--Christmas movie.

And yes, to answer your anticipated question, the Christmas tree is natural. I grow white Christmas trees in my back yard. They come with lights already on them.
