While the large crowd at Roanoke's downtown amphitheater awaited the arrival of The Beatles (well, a replica anyway) this evening, my buddy Sonya Chappalear decided she'd record the moment for history.
Her little iPhone has this wondrous panoramic camera effect and she got a nice shot, which you can't see in the photo below.The band was actually pretty good, though I didn't actually stay around long enough to see it. Heard it as I left and the sound was like an old radio, one that the passage of time had forgotten.
