A little while ago there was a flash and an explosion outside my house and the lights went out. We had just suffered a series of violent thunderstorms and had three inches of rain in 30 minutes. An hour later a crew from Davis H. Elliot was working furiously as daylight faded to get us back on the grid. They did. Thanks guys.
