What Effect Did Voter Purge Have in Virginia?

I can't wait to see some kind of look at how much Cuccinelli's purge of the Virginia voting rolls helped make these races closer than they should have been. This is a significant problem nationally and it hit us here when we had an Attorney General who would not resign to run for governor and would not recuse himself from issues like purging the voter rolls (of Democrats).

This was an ethical violation of the first order, but Cuccinelli has never shown any particular reticence at violating ethics. He seems to enjoy some of his excursions, in fact.

In North Carolina, which is owned by a Koch-type billionaire, there was an effort to keep college students from voting. In Virginia, the young voters were overwhelmingly Democrats.
