Today's Photo: Food for the Snolocost

Modern man and woman must be prepared for all eventualities as George Bush's climate clobbers us all with sudden shifts and extremes. Thus, we have snolocost food, especially relevant today as we gird for an expected 8 to 12 inches of snow--which will likely be closer to 4, if history is a teacher. Still, in Roanoke, snow's snow and milk and bread just don't cover the need.

Here we have a hearty vegetable beef soup and Mother Smith's World Famous cornbread (with a garnish of fresh onion). Mmmmmmmm. Happy snow, y'all.
