Monsanto Strikes Again, This Time in a Small, but Important Way

Monsanto, like the politicians who so strongly support its mission to own all the food in the world, works in often-subtle ways to accomplish its goals.

Here's one striking example of exercising influence on a California board committee that is working on whether to endorse GMO labeling in food. A member who asked questions about other members' conflicts of interest (they work for and with Monsanto, among other industrial giants opposed to labeling) was dismissed from the committee because her blog has a link to a food consulting business she owns--one that is inactive.

Monsanto is the pervasive evil empire of food and it must be brought under control--instead of having its executives appointed to major food policy boards by the Obama Administration.
