... and the payoff.^As I was leaving the Strawberry Festival-Chili Festival on Roanoke City Market today, I took a shortcut through a parking lot and ran into this scene. My first view was of the two women mugging the third. I didn't see the photographer. As you might imagine, my reaction was, "Oh, shit!" as I started to put down my camera and stick my nose in. Then I saw the photographer to my great relief.
