For Lunch Today, We Have Mac 'n' Cheese Pizza

What we have here is Chef as Marketing Genius. This "pizza" is covered with mac and cheese and sprinkles of chicken. That's just about everything a normal kid wants to eat.

So, mom says, "OK, Melvin, do you want pizza or mac and cheese for lunch?" and the kid responds, "Can I have both?"

At Norah's Cafe at the Taubman Museum of Art in downtown Roanoke, little Melvin doesn't have to choose. He gets both.
