Today's Photo: Who's Kidding Whom?

I just escaped downtown Roanoke and let me tell you that "escape" is the operative word. The place is a mess of traffic jams, frayed nerves, construction on nearly every corner and a whole lot of really mad drivers and pedestrians.

The sign above is somebody's idea of a joke, I'd say, since getting anywhere is a chore and the business people downtown are not happy.

Jeeze, couldn't this have been planned better?
