The 10-story Jefferson College of Health Sciences, which until recently was the whole college--classrooms, dorm and the whole kaboodle--is well on the way toward being a grassy knoll. The college is in Community Hospital and some of the dorm space is at the renovated Patrick Henry Hotel down the street. The college averages about 1,000 students a year.
