So, Let's Tell Them We're Bombing Before We Bomb

Hey, can we shoot that thing a little straighter?
Seems to me that one of the truly significant problems in attempting to mount a military strike on a country like Syria would be that it can't be done quickly and without warning--except for the President saying, "If you boys don't do what we want, there will be consequences."

Whether or not you agree that we need to be bombing (missile-ing?) Syria back to the Stone Age (where it already is), I suspect you'd agree that if we were going to do this, we'd want to do it without taking a month off to discuss it in open forums. Already, the Obama Administration has had to ask our military to re-evaluate the targets it initially selected because Syria has moved them (good tactic, Syria), much as Saddam Hussein moved troops and equipment while we were deciding what to do.

Democracy is messy and sometimes it is counterintuitive. Like now.
