E-books Is Topic of Writers Series Sept. 18

A couple of writers with experience in e-books will talk about how you can get your work into that format at the Roanoke Regional Writers Conference's monthly Writers Series class at Community High School Sept. 18, 6:30-8 p.m.

Liz Long and Becky Mushko will give the talk. Long is social media editor for LeisureMedia360.  She is the author of Gifted, a Donovan Circus Novel and Witch Hearts. 

Mushko won the 1996 “Worst Western” and the 2008 “Vile Pun” categories in the Bulwer-Lytton Bad Fiction Contest. A former teacher, she has self-published, vanity-published, small press-published, online-published, and e-published. Her Kindle e-books are Patches on the Same Quilt, Stuck, Over Coffee, and Rest in Peace.
They will discuss formats and opportunities for writers with the e-book option.
