It's a handsome blog that promises recipes appropriate for the season and the waist line.
Christina has worked at the Raleigh News & Observer, the Christian Science Monitor and Open Society Foundations over the past 25 years. She has written for radio and cooked on TV. She is a native of Winston-Salem (she graduated from UNC).
I don't personally use recipes (Mom said they were plagairism), but I do get ideas from them. That's OK in my world (Mom said two recipes represented "research"). And Christina has a whole world of healthy, tasty ideas for all of us.
Use her blog as your personal recipe file. It takes up exactly no space in your kitchen.
