First Light, First Color on the River

River grass is always pretty, but was especially so this morning.
A shot glass beside the river.
A Roanoke River Greenway walk this morning as the sun was easing its way into the day made for some interesting photograph.

The early light was bright, yellow and occasionally spectacular. Found objects beside the river helped create alternate realities.

Here's some of what I saw ... and photographed.

Sun glints off the river rail.
Black and white and color.
More river grass, more color.
Vines overtake an old warehouse.
Rail serves as a trellis for vines along the river.
New river access near Roanoke Memorial Hospital.
This big downed sycamore nearly blocks the river near the hospital.
A splash of color.
Base of a river bridge.
