No, I am not doing my Dolly Parton impression. These are cantaloupes I bought early this afternoon on Roanoke City Market.
They cost $4 each and weigh god knows what. The one on the right is the size of a small watermellon.
They smell devine and I shall endeavor to consume one of them (probably the smaller one) before Margie comes back to Roanoke tomorrow night. She will eat the other one, I have no doubt. The woman, who is about the size of my left leg, eats like a linebacker.
And yes, those tomatoes on the lower right are some of the 22 I picked this morning in my garden.
